For the achievement "Neon King" or mission "Drive On The Dragon", the player must have touched all the boxes on The Neon Dragon until they get coloured other than purple(colour depends on how far it is to the head). The player can ride The Neon Dragon and go for a little distance without touching the ground. When this 3 conditions met, The Neon Dragon will spawn.
